Right bundle branch block (RBBB) is a condition where there is a delay or blockage in the electrical signals traveling through the right branch of the heart's conduction system. This interruption causes the right side of the heart to activate later than usual, which can be seen on an ECG as specific changes in the heart's electrical pattern. RBBB can occur normally in healthy individuals or be associated with other heart conditions such as heart disease or lung issues.
