Rick Perry

Rick Perry is an American politician who served as the Governor of Texas from 2000 to 2015, making him one of the longest-serving governors in U.S. history. He is a member of the Republican Party and has also run for President of the United States. As governor, Perry focused on conservative policies, economic growth, and developing Texas’s energy sector. He later served as U.S. Secretary of Energy under President Donald Trump from 2017 to 2019. Perry is known for his emphasis on energy independence, limited government, and his political experience at both state and federal levels.
