Richard Southwell Bourke (1st Earl of Mayo)

Richard Southwell Bourke, the 1st Earl of Mayo, was an Irish-born British politician and colonial administrator in the 19th century. He served as the Viceroy of India from 1869 to 1872, overseeing the administration of British India.
