Ribbentrop
Joachim von Ribbentrop was a German diplomat and politician who served as Nazi Germany’s Foreign Minister from 1938 to 1945. He played a key role in forming treaties, including the infamous Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact of 1939, a non-aggression agreement with the Soviet Union that also secretly divided Eastern Europe into spheres of influence. Ribbentrop was involved in shaping Nazi foreign policy and supporting aggressive expansion. After WWII, he was tried at Nuremberg for war crimes and crimes against humanity, and he was convicted and executed in 1946. His actions significantly contributed to the outbreak of World War II.
