Rhythm and movement
Rhythm and movement are fundamental elements of physical expression and coordination. Rhythm refers to the steady pattern of beats or timing—like the pulse in music—that guides movement. Movement is the way our bodies respond to this pattern, whether walking, dancing, or gesturing. Together, they create a sense of flow and coherence, enabling expressive, purposeful actions. Rhythm helps us synchronize our movements with external cues, enhancing coordination and artistic expression, while movement is how we physically manifest these patterns. In essence, rhythm provides the timing, and movement is the resulting physical action.
