Revitalization Movement
A revitalization movement is a collective effort by a community or group to make significant cultural, social, or spiritual changes in response to perceived problems or decline. These movements often emerge when people feel that their traditions, values, or ways of life are threatened, and they seek renewal or revitalization through new ideas, beliefs, or practices. Examples include religious revivals or social reforms. Essentially, it's a conscious attempt by groups to restore or reinvent their identity and improve their circumstances, often driven by a collective sense of dissatisfaction or a desire for positive change.
