Resistance Stage

The Resistance Stage is a part of the body's stress response that occurs after the initial Alarm Stage. When you're faced with a stressor, your body tries to adapt and cope by maintaining heightened alertness and energy levels. During this phase, your body works harder to manage the ongoing stress, using up resources but aiming to restore balance. If the stress continues over time, this stage helps you stay alert and functional, but prolonged activation can lead to exhaustion and health problems if not managed properly.
