Resident Advisors (RAs)
Resident Advisors (RAs) are trained student leaders in college dormitories who support residential life. They serve as point persons for student concerns, enforce community rules, and promote a safe, inclusive environment. RAs often organize events, provide guidance, and mediate conflicts among residents. Their role combines peer support with administrative responsibilities, helping new students acclimate and maintaining positive living conditions. Essentially, RAs act as a bridge between students and the housing administration, fostering community and ensuring the well-being of residents.
