Research and teaching

Research involves systematically investigating questions or problems to generate new knowledge, insights, or solutions, often through experiments, data analysis, or scholarly inquiry. Teaching is the process of sharing knowledge, skills, or understanding with others, typically through lectures, guidance, and discussion. Together, they complement each other: research advances our understanding of the world, while teaching disseminates that knowledge to students and the community. In academia, both are essential for fostering innovation, critical thinking, and informed decision-making.
