Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA)

The Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) was a part of the U.S. Department of Transportation focused on enhancing transportation safety and efficiency. It managed programs related to research, innovation, and emergency management, particularly concerning hazardous materials.
