Renault R35

The Renault R35 was a French infantry tank used during World War II. Designed for combat support, it featured thick armor to protect against small arms fire and was armed with a turret-mounted 37mm gun plus machine guns for infantry defense. Its relatively light weight allowed for mobility across rough terrain, but it had limited firepower and a slow speed, which made it effective mainly in defensive roles and infantry support rather than rapid attacks.
