Regasification
Regasification is the process of transforming liquefied natural gas (LNG) back into its gaseous form. LNG is natural gas cooled to very low temperatures to reduce its volume for easier transportation and storage. When it reaches its destination, regasification warms the LNG, converting it into natural gas that can be safely injected into pipelines and supplied to homes, businesses, and industries. This process ensures the safe and efficient return of LNG to usable gaseous form, facilitating its integration into the energy network.
