Refugee Resilience

Refugee resilience refers to the ability of refugees to cope with and adapt to the hardships they face, such as displacement, trauma, and uncertainty. It involves their inner strength, resourcefulness, and support networks that help them manage stress, rebuild their lives, and find hope despite difficult circumstances. Resilience does not mean they are unaffected but highlights their capacity to recover and move forward, often through personal perseverance, community connections, and access to resources and opportunities.
