Refugee Appeal Division

The Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) is a process within the Canadian immigration system that allows individuals who have had their refugee claims rejected to challenge that decision. If they believe their case was misunderstood or that new evidence should be considered, they can appeal to the RAD. The division reviews the initial decision, and if they find errors or additional relevant information, they may overturn the original ruling and grant refugee status.
