refractors

A refractor is an optical device, like a telescope or camera lens, that uses lenses to bend (refract) light and bring it into focus. By carefully shaping and positioning lenses, refractors gather light from distant objects and direct it to produce a sharp image. They are commonly used in astronomy to observe planets and stars, as well as in photography for capturing clear images. The quality of a refractor depends on the quality of its lenses and how well they correct distortions like blurring or color fringing.
