reality and identity

Reality refers to the existence of everything that is, independent of our perceptions—what objectively is. Identity pertains to what makes a person or thing uniquely itself, encompassing characteristics like personality, memories, and traits that define them over time. Essentially, reality is the external world, while identity is the internal, continuous sense of self within that world. Understanding both involves recognizing that reality exists outside our perceptions, and identity is how individuals experience and maintain their sense of self amidst this external environment.
