Real Power

Real power is the actual energy used to perform work in an electrical system, measured in watts (W). It represents the useful power that powers devices like lights, appliances, or motors. Unlike other forms of power in AC circuits, such as reactive power, real power does the real work—like turning on a light bulb or heating water. Essentially, it is the portion of electrical energy that is converted into heat, light, or motion, providing tangible value in everyday applications.
