Real Assets

Real assets are tangible items that have intrinsic value because of their physical properties. Examples include real estate, land, buildings, commodities like gold or oil, and infrastructure such as bridges and roads. Unlike financial assets like stocks or bonds, real assets can generate income or appreciate in value due to their inherent qualities and demand. They often serve as a hedge against inflation and tend to be less affected by market fluctuations, offering investors diversification and a sense of stability through ownership of physical resources.
