RE-AIM
RE-AIM is a framework used to evaluate health interventions by considering five key components: Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance. "Reach" looks at who is affected or benefited; "Effectiveness" assesses the intervention’s impact; "Adoption" examines how well organizations or settings embrace it; "Implementation" considers how well it is delivered; and "Maintenance" evaluates its sustainability over time. This comprehensive approach helps ensure that health programs are practical, impactful, and able to be sustained in real-world settings, guiding better decisions to improve public health outcomes.
