RDM Librarians

RDM Librarians, or Research Data Management Librarians, are professionals who support researchers in organizing, storing, and sharing their data responsibly. They assist with best practices for data documentation, security, and compliance with funding and institutional policies. Their goal is to ensure research data is well-managed throughout a project’s lifecycle, facilitating reproducibility and effective reuse. RDM Librarians also often coordinate with technology teams to provide tools and infrastructure, and they promote open and responsible data sharing within the research community.
