RAs (Resident Advisors)

Resident Advisors (RAs) are trained student leaders who live in college dormitories. Their main role is to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive community by providing guidance, enforcing residence policies, and assisting students with personal or academic challenges. RAs often organize events, offer conflict resolution, and serve as a point of contact between students and university staff. They help create a positive living environment and promote responsible behavior, acting as peers who support residents while representing the institution’s community standards.
