RAGE Framework

The RAGE framework is a model for understanding how organizations respond to disruptive events or crises. It stands for Recognition, Action, Guidance, and Evaluation. First, Recognition involves identifying that a problem or threat exists. Action is the steps taken to address the issue. Guidance involves establishing clear policies or procedures to steer responses effectively. Evaluation means reviewing the response to learn what worked and what didn’t, allowing for continuous improvement. Overall, RAGE helps organizations manage challenges systematically by ensuring timely awareness, coordinated action, clear leadership, and lessons learned for future resilience.
