Radiology Fellowship
A radiology fellowship is specialized training that doctors, called radiologists, pursue after completing their general radiology residency. This advanced education focuses on a specific area within radiology, such as interpreting imaging of the brain, breast, musculoskeletal system, or doing interventional procedures. The fellowship provides expert knowledge and skills to diagnose complex conditions more accurately and perform specialized procedures, enhancing patient care. It usually lasts from one to two years and prepares the radiologist to be a subspecialist, working closely with other physicians to provide precise imaging insights for diagnosis and treatment.
