Radio frequencies
Radio frequencies are specific ranges within the electromagnetic spectrum used to transmit data wirelessly. Think of them as different "channels" for communication, much like radio stations on different frequencies. These frequencies, measured in hertz (Hz), allow devices like radios, cell phones, and Wi-Fi to send and receive signals without wires. Each service operates on designated frequency bands to prevent interference. Using these frequencies, information travels through the air as electromagnetic waves, enabling wireless technologies we rely on daily for communication, entertainment, and data transfer.
