Racial Equity Institute

The Racial Equity Institute (REI) is an organization dedicated to building awareness and understanding of how racial inequities are embedded in our systems and structures. Through training and education, REI helps individuals and organizations recognize these disparities, understand their root causes, and develop strategies to promote fairness and justice. The goal is to create more equitable communities by addressing historical and ongoing biases, leading to policies and practices that ensure everyone has equal opportunities regardless of race.
