Race equity

Race equity refers to creating fair opportunities and outcomes for people of all racial backgrounds by addressing and correcting historical and systemic inequalities. Unlike equality, which treats everyone the same, equity aims to provide tailored support so all individuals can succeed and participate fully in society.
