Rabbis
Rabbis are Jewish religious leaders and teachers who interpret and teach Jewish law, traditions, and texts, especially the Torah. They often lead Jewish communities in worship, provide spiritual guidance, and conduct life-cycle events like weddings and funerals. While they are not necessarily clergy in the Christian sense, their role is to support and educate their congregations, promote Jewish values, and foster a sense of community. Rabbis can also be scholars, historians, and counselors, playing a vital role in maintaining and passing on Jewish faith and culture.
