Rabbi Yisroel Ber Odesser

Rabbi Yisroel Ber Odesser (1889–1994) was a prominent Jewish mystic and Kabbalist from Jerusalem. He is best known for developing the "Na Nach" movement, a spiritual revival emphasizing faith, joy, and connection to God through singing and study, based on his interpretation of Kabbalistic teachings. Odesser claimed to possess a secret, divine message called the "Petek," which he believed confirmed the impending Messianic era. His teachings have influenced many in the Jewish Hassidic and Chassidic communities, especially among the followers of his movement, inspiring a focus on positivity, spiritual renewal, and devotion.
