RA (Resident Advisor)

A Resident Advisor (RA) is a trained student leader who lives in a college or university residence hall. Their primary role is to support students, foster a sense of community, and promote a safe living environment. RAs organize events, provide guidance, and mediate conflicts among residents. They serve as a resource for information on campus services and policies, and they help create an inclusive environment where residents feel comfortable getting involved and accessing support. Essentially, RAs help enhance the residential experience for students throughout their academic journey.
