Quantum spacetime

Quantum spacetime is a concept from physics suggesting that at the tiniest scales—much smaller than atoms—space and time themselves are not smooth and continuous, but made up of discrete, tiny units called "quanta." This idea arises from combining quantum mechanics, which governs very small particles, with general relativity, which describes gravity and the fabric of spacetime. Instead of being a smooth stage, spacetime at this level might be granular, with a fundamental structure that could help unify the laws of physics and solve deep questions about the universe's origin and nature.
