Quantum Science
Quantum science studies the behavior of the tiniest particles, like atoms and electrons, which follow different rules than larger objects. Instead of definite positions or speeds, they can exist in multiple states simultaneously, known as superposition, and become linked so that the state of one instantly influences another, called entanglement. These strange properties enable breakthroughs in technologies such as ultra-fast computers and secure communication. Quantum science helps us understand the fundamental nature of reality at its smallest scale, revealing a universe that is both fascinating and fundamentally different from everyday experience.
