Quality of Experience (QoE)

Quality of Experience (QoE) refers to how satisfied a user feels when using a digital service or application, like streaming videos, gaming, or browsing the internet. It considers factors such as the smoothness of the connection, clarity of audio and video, responsiveness, and overall reliability. Essentially, QoE measures the user's perception of the service’s quality, reflecting their comfort and enjoyment. A high QoE means the user has a seamless and pleasant experience, while a low QoE indicates issues like buffering, delays, or poor quality that detract from usability and satisfaction.
