Qikiqtani Inuit Association

The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) is a regional organization representing Inuit communities in the Qikiqtani (Baffin) Region of Nunavut, Canada. Its primary role is to advocate for Inuit rights, manage land claims, and ensure that Inuit have a voice in decisions affecting their culture, environment, and economic development. QIA also provides social services, supports community well-being, and promotes Inuit language and culture.
