QFES Volunteer Program
The QFES Volunteer Program allows community members to support Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) in various roles, such as assisting with event management, community education, and logistical support. Volunteers undergo training to ensure safety and effectiveness, and they work alongside paid staff to enhance emergency response and community resilience. This program helps expand QFES’s capacity to serve the community, foster community engagement, and build local disaster preparedness and recovery efforts. Participants contribute their time and skills voluntarily, making a meaningful impact in emergency management and community safety initiatives.
