Pygmies

Pygmies are indigenous peoples from Central Africa, typically characterized by their shorter stature, averaging around 4 to 4.5 feet tall. They have lived in rainforest regions for thousands of years and possess rich cultural traditions, languages, and knowledge of the forest. Pygmies often work as hunter-gatherers, relying on their deep understanding of the environment to hunt, fish, and gather plants.
