pull-out method
The pull-out method, also known as withdrawal, is a form of birth control where the man withdraws his penis from the partner's vagina before ejaculation to prevent sperm from entering the reproductive tract. While it can reduce the chance of pregnancy, it’s not entirely reliable because pre-ejaculate fluid may contain sperm, and timing can be difficult. It requires self-control and experience to be effective. This method offers no protection against sexually transmitted infections. For better prevention, it’s advisable to use it alongside other forms of contraception or consider more reliable methods.
