The Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP) is the government agency responsible for maintaining and improving the island’s transportation infrastructure. DTOP manages traffic safety, vehicle registration, driver licensing, and infrastructure projects to ensure safe, efficient, and accessible travel across Puerto Rico.
