"Publics" refer to different groups of people that an organization or entity interacts with or influences. These groups can include customers, employees, investors, community members, government agencies, media, or any stakeholder affected by or interested in the organization’s activities. Understanding publics helps organizations communicate effectively, build relationships, and address the diverse needs and concerns of each group.
