Public Relations Models

Public Relations (PR) models are frameworks that describe different approaches organizations use to communicate with their audiences. There are four main models: the **Press Agentry/Publicity Model**, which aims to generate attention; the **Public Information Model**, focused on sharing factual info; the **Two-Way Symmetrical Model**, promoting balanced conversations and mutual understanding; and the **Two-Way Asymmetrical Model**, where organizations seek to influence public opinion while listening. These models guide how companies and groups plan their communication strategies to build relationships, manage reputation, and achieve their goals effectively.
