PTF (Presidential Task Force on COVID-19)
The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 (PTF) was a group established by the government to coordinate nationwide efforts to manage and contain the COVID-19 pandemic. It brought together Experts, government agencies, and key stakeholders to develop policies, disseminate information, and implement measures such as testing, contact tracing, and quarantine protocols. The goal was to ensure an organized, science-based response to protect public health, maintain healthcare capacity, and support economic stability during the crisis. The PTF served as the main body guiding the country’s strategy in navigating the challenges posed by COVID-19.
