Psychopath
A psychopath is someone who often shows little or no empathy, remorse, or guilt, and may have a tendency to manipulate or harm others without feeling guilt. They typically exhibit superficial charm and can be impulsive or irresponsibly reckless. Psychopathy is considered a personality disorder associated with traits like lack of emotional connection, shallow emotions, and a high propensity for antisocial behavior. It is assessed through specific psychological tools and is distinct from psychosis. Importantly, not all psychopaths engage in criminal activity, but their traits can pose challenges in social, occupational, or legal contexts.
