Psychological Type Theory
Psychological Type Theory suggests that people have different natural ways of perceiving the world and making decisions. Developed by Carl Jung, it identifies preferences along key dimensions, such as how we focus our attention (extraversion vs. introversion), how we gather information (sensing vs. intuition), and how we decide (thinking vs. feeling). These preferences combine to form various personality types, influencing how individuals think, behave, and relate to others. The theory helps people understand themselves and others better, fostering improved communication, teamwork, and personal growth.
