Property Release

A property release is a legal agreement in which a person grants permission for their property—such as photos, videos, or physical items—to be used or shared by another party. It ensures the owner understands and agrees to the specific use, helping prevent future legal issues. For example, if a photographer takes pictures of someone and wants to display them publicly, the person might sign a property release to authorize that use.
