Projector Technologies

Projector technologies refer to various methods that allow a device to display images or videos onto a surface, typically a screen or wall. Common types include Digital Light Processing (DLP), Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS). DLP uses tiny mirrors to direct light, LCD employs liquid crystals to filter light, and LCoS combines features of both. These technologies differ in clarity, color accuracy, and cost but all serve to project visual content, enabling presentations, movie viewing, and large-scale displays in various settings.
