Project's participants

Project participants are the individuals or groups involved in a project, each contributing in different ways. This includes the project manager, who oversees the project and ensures goals are met; team members who carry out specific tasks; stakeholders, who have an interest in the project’s outcome; and clients or customers, who benefit from the project. Effective collaboration among these participants is crucial for the project’s success, as each role brings unique perspectives and expertise, helping to achieve shared objectives within the set timeframe and budget.
