Production and consumption
Production is the process of creating goods or services to meet people's needs and wants, such as making clothes or providing healthcare. Consumption is the use or purchase of those goods and services by individuals or businesses. Essentially, production produces what consumers want or need, and consumption is the act of using or buying those products or services. These two activities are interconnected; production supplies the items, and consumption determines demand, guiding what gets made and in what quantity.
