Print Technologies
Print technologies refer to the various methods used to produce images and text on paper or other materials. Common types include inkjet printing, which propels tiny droplets of ink onto surfaces; laser printing, which uses a laser beam to transfer toner onto paper quickly and precisely; and offset printing, often used for large-volume jobs, where ink is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket before printing. Each technology is suited for different applications, balancing factors like speed, quality, cost, and print volume to meet diverse needs in publishing, packaging, and business communications.
