presuppositional apologetics

Presuppositional apologetics is a way of defending Christian faith that starts from the belief that the existence of God is the fundamental premise underlying all reasoning and knowledge. Instead of arguing evidence first, it examines whether our ideas make sense without assuming God's existence. It asserts that all worldviews are based on underlying assumptions, and only the Christian worldview, grounded in the Bible, provides the necessary foundation for understanding truth, morality, and logic. Therefore, it seeks to show that belief in God is rationally necessary for coherent, meaningful thought.
