Pre-Adamism

Pre-Adamism is a theological view that suggests human beings or intelligent life existed on Earth before the biblical figure Adam, who is traditionally seen as the first human. This idea challenges the literal interpretation of Genesis by proposing that Earth's history includes other humans or creatures prior to Adam’s creation. Some pre-Adamists believe these earlier beings were part of God's creation outside the biblical timeline, raising questions about the relationship between science, history, and scripture in understanding human origins.
