Pot furnace

A pot furnace is a type of industrial oven used primarily in metal refining and manufacturing. It consists of a heat-resistant container or "pot" where raw or semi-processed materials, like metal or slag, are placed. The furnace heats the contents to extremely high temperatures, often using fuel or electricity, to melt or refine the materials.
